6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times will be communicated and agreed upon before order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. meninthemirror shall not be held liable for delays caused by customs clearance, logistics providers, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the agreed shipping carrier.

Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our pricing.

7. Quality and Defects

Upon receiving your order, you must inspect the goods within 7 business days and report any defects, damages, or discrepancies to us in writing (via WhatsApp or email) with supporting photographs.

Claims made after the 7-day inspection period may not be accepted.

In the event of a valid claim, we will work with you to reach a fair resolution, which may include replacement of defective items, a credit toward future orders, or a partial refund, as agreed between both parties.

8. Returns and Refunds

Due to the wholesale nature of our business:

• Returns are accepted only for goods that are demonstrably defective or materially different from the confirmed order specifications.
• Custom or made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
• Any agreed returns must be shipped back in original condition and packaging at the buyer's expense, unless the defect is attributable to meninthemirror.
